FDA Expands Antipsychotic Drug Warning: Potential Malpractice?
According to a report issued by Reuters in June 2008, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has called for pharmaceutical companies to include a “black box” warning on some older antipsychotic drugs. A black box warning means that studies indicate the drug carries a significant risk of serious side effects.
