A man who was permanently disabled by stroke settled his malpractice lawsuit
against his doctor, after
two weeks of trial and while the jury was still out on the case, said the
Nashua Telegraph on April 17, 2008.
The many sued his doctor and a medical center two years ago, months after he
suffered a stroke following what he claims was an unnecessary cardiac
catheterization test.
Sadly, the lawyers in our Medical Malpractice unit
are all-too familiar with such incidences of medical malpractice by doctors.
A

client.
The case, filed in Kings County, New York, involved an infant who
suffered brain damage at birth due to a traumatic and delayed
delivery.
