Man sues for botched vasectomy. Get a free lawsuit review if you were harmed by medical malpractice.
A man who experienced a botched vasectomy has brought a malpractice suit, according to the Daily Record in Scotland on May 22, 2008.
The former soldier was left in such agony after the routine procedure that he had to have his testicles removed, the Record said.
The surgeon was accused of a number of blunders in court. It was revealed, for example, that his patient complained three times during the surgery that he could feel pain.
A hearing is planned to determine how much medical malpractice compensation he will get.
