Dangerous Faulty Wires Prompt Medtronic Sprint Recall--Get Legal Information

Medtronic Inc. has done a voluntary recall of its Sprint Fidelis leads. These leads, or wires, which connect implantable defibrillators to the heart, can potentially break or erode, raising the possibility of injury.

The FDA has stated that, "some deaths and major complications have occurred" as a result of these faulty leads.

The lawyers of Weitz & Luxenberg are representing individuals who were implanted with defective Medtronic Sprint Fidelis leads numbered: 6930, 6931, 6948, and 6949.

As members of a personal injury firm, Weitz & Luxenberg attorneys are preparing to hold Medtronic accountable for endangering people's lives with these faulty medical devices.
