Former legislator Dennis Newinski died from mesothelioma

It has been reported that Dennis Newinski, a former state legislator, has passed away after a two year struggle with mesothelioma.

Prior to taking public office, Mr. Newinski worked as a machinist. Mesothelioma is a type of asbestos-related cancer.
