The international biotech company Topo Target A/S is currently seeking patients diagnosed with cancers such as mesothelioma, lymphoma or solid tumors to participate in a study of a drug known as PXD101.
The focus of the Phase I trial is to study the tolerability and safety of the drug for cancer patients, as well as examining the drug’s effectiveness in treating tumors.
The study is being conducted at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut; Columbia University-Herbert Irving Cancer Center in New York City and the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. The study is also being conducted at research facilities in Denmark and England.
