Arizona man diagnosed with mesothelioma files asbestos suit

An Arizona man, suffering from mesothelioma, filed suit against fifty-nine defendants claiming they are at fault for his disease. The man asserts that because of 2nd-hand exposure from his grandfather’s clothing, he was exposed to asbestos fibers. He also claims that he was unjustly exposed to asbestos throughout his career as a home and automotive repair worker.
