Rail worker exposed to asbestos developed mesothelioma

The Swindon Advertiser has reported on the case of a rail worker who developed mesothelioma from being exposed to asbestos at his workplace. The worker was involved in the repair of rail carriages in the 1950s and 1960s. He was diagnosed with mesothelioma decades later in 2008.
