Family of carpenter who died from mesothelioma wins lawsuit

It has been reported that the family members of a man who died from mesothelioma won a mesothelioma lawsuit.

The man was a carpenter and had been working as such since 1964. In 1972, he was promoted to the position of foreman and it is believed that he was exposed to asbestos while working as a foreman. He was diagnosed with mesothelioma in 2006 and died six months later at the age of 70.
