The Madison Record has reported that a former Navy worker who developed mesothelioma has filed suit against companies alleged to be responsible for his illness.

The man claims that he developed mesothelioma from asbestos exposure during his time of service in the Navy. While in the Navy, he worked as a stockman and a machine attendant. He is claiming in his suit that the companies he is suing should have foreseen the asbestos exposure that caused mesothelioma.
