The National Cancer Institute is currently seeking participants that have been diagnosed with malignant pleural mesothelioma for clinical trials to study the effects of immunotoxin therapy in combination with Pemetrexted and Cisplatin.

The Phase I study is designed to study the side effects and best dose of immunotoxin therapy when given together with the two drugs.
