Mesothelioma: West Virginia Couple Files Lawsuit

West Virginia, June, 2008 - A husband and wife filed a suit against 85 companies, after the husband was diagnosed with mesothelioma. During his career, he was exposed to various forms of asbestos. The man claims the mesothelioma has caused him irreversible, life-altering problems. His wife claims she has lost the services, society, companionship and consortium of her husband. In the eleven count suit, the married couple seeks compensatory and punitive damages for their suffering and anguish, plus medical expenses and lost wages.
