Cisplatin, Pemetrexed and Bevacizumab for Untreated Malignant Mesothelioma

Purpose: To estimate the time to progression of cancer in patients with previously untreated mesothelioma receiving cisplatin, pemetrexed and bevacizumab.

Intervention: Drugs: Cisplatin, Pemetrexed and Bevacizumab

Study Phase, Type and Design: Phase II Interventional Study; Treatment, Non-Randomized, Open Label, Uncontrolled, Single Group Assignment, Safety/Efficacy Study

Official Title: A Phase II Trial of Cisplatin, Pemetrexed and Bevacizumab in Untreated Malignant Mesothelioma

Primary Outcome Measures:
• progression free survival
Secondary Outcome Measures:
• response rate
• overall survival
