PSI Energy v. Roberts Mesothelioma Case: The Court Affirms Trial Court Denial
The Court affirms the trial court’s denial in the conclusion of the Opinion in PSI Energy v. Roberts. Roberts, an insulator by trade, was exposed to asbestos in his workplace, and was ultimately diagnosed with mesothelioma.
For the foregoing reasons, we affirm the trial court’s denial of the motions for judgment on the evidence and motion to correct error.
Affirmed.
