Michigan Drunk Driving Laws & Issues 2003
Michigan Drunk Driving laws are strict. Michigan does not have administrative license revocation for drunk drivers, which means the state has the ability to revoke the drivers license for a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). The Zero Tolerance alcohol limit for drivers under 21 is 0.02 BAC. Michigan does have graduated licensing. Michigan does qualify for the Section 410 incentive grant program.

- Restraint required < 4 years old - $15 Fine
- 03/10/67 Repealed effective 6-12-68. New law adopted effective 9-1-69. Helmet use required for all riders.
