Negligence lawsuit filed over fracture
The Chicago Tribune has reported on a negligence case filed by a firefighter over a fracture that he sustained while attempting to find another firefighter.
In the process of finding the other firefighter, he injured his ankle. He filed a lawsuit against two fire departments alleging that they were negligent in failing to implement a system to track the location of firefighters. The lawsuit does not specify the amount of damages being sought in the case.
