NJ settles negligence lawsuit involving murders
The Press of Atlantic City has reported on the settlement of a negligence lawsuit involving multiple murders.
The lawsuit alleged that the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services was negligent by failing to take actions that would have prevented the murders. The victims were close relatives of the murderer. The Division of Youth and Family Services was notified of a sexual assault charge against the murderer but failed to separate the murderer from the relatives.
