Oklahoma Drunk Driving Laws & Issues 2003
Oklahoma Drunk Driving laws are strict. Oklahoma does have administrative license revocation for drunk drivers, which means the state has the ability to revoke the drivers license for a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). The Zero Tolerance alcohol limit for drivers under 21 is 0.02 BAC. Oklahoma does not have graduated licensing. Oklahoma does not qualify for the Section 410 incentive grant program.

- (Primary) Front seats for occupants of passenger cars - $20 Fine
- Restraint required < 4 years old - $25 Fine
- 04/27/67 4-27-67 to 4-7-69 helmet use required for all motorcyclists. From 4-7-69 to 5-3-76 for cyclists under 21 years of age. 5-3-76 for cyclists under 18 years of age.
