On July 25, 2006 Ellen Relkin was appointed as the State Court Liaison in the Ortho Evra Multi-District Litigation (MDL) by the Honorable David Katz of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Ellen was previously appointed to the Executive Committee of the Steering Committee of the Ortho Evra Multi-District Litigation on May 5, 2006.
