Renewal Application Certification

Renewal application for certification must be submitted five to six weeks prior to the expiration date of the certificate.

If applicable, evidence of payment of fines imposed by the Environmental Control Board (ECB) for violation of Title 15, Chapter 1 of the RCNY must be provided for renewal consideration.

Adherence to a payment plan is acceptable.
