In order to file a successful claim, it is important that you know what kind of contact lens solution you used. ReNu MoistureLoc has been linked to serious eye infections which can lead to permanent loss of vision.
Question 2: Have you been injured by a ReNu contact lens cleaning product?
We will be able to help you if you have been seriously injured by ReNu MoistureLoc. If you suffer from an severe fungal eye infection or loss of vision, it is more likely you will have a valid legal claim.
Question 3: Do you have store receipts noting that you used a ReNu contact lens product?
If you have suffered an injury, we will need your help in proving that your injury was caused by a defective product; in this case ReNu MoistureLoc. Try to gather together any store receipts, the date you started and stopped using the product, and all of the problems you have had from using it. This will help us make a strong case on your behalf.

Please also retain the contact lenses that you used ReNu MoistureLoc with in its original container (do not rinse the case, and do not use it again). Save all prescriptions or copies of anything you have used to treat and of your infections/conditions.
In the meantime, please keep a record of where and when you purchased the product.
