Asbestos-abatement executive Goyeau sentenced

Philippe Goyeau, 43, West Sand Lake, N.Y., received an 8 month sentence in prison, followed by 2 years of supervised release. He was further directed to perform 200 hours of community service. Mr. Goyeau was the ALA executive director. He pled guilty to a conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act.
