New York asbestos-abatement lab director sentenced

Alison Gardner, 42, Medusa, N.Y., was sentenced to three years of probation and 300 hours of community service. Mrs. Gardner was the ALA Laboratory Director. She pled guilty to a conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act and to commit mail fraud.
