New York asbestos abatement supervisor sentenced

Robert Obrey, 40, Scotia, N.Y., was sentenced to 15 months in prison, followed by 2 years of supervised release. He was further directed to perform 200 hours of community service. Mr. Obrey was an AAR field supervisor.

He pled guilty to a conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act and Toxic Substances Control Act and to substantive Clean Air Act violations.
