SEROQUEL LEGAL NEWS: Law Firm that Helped Elect George W. Bush fights Weitz & Luxenberg in Delaware.

Seroquel Legal News:
February, 23, 2008-- Bartlett Beck, the law firm whose senior partner Phil Beck was George W. Bush's lawyer through the Florida election debacle in 2000, will be coming to Delaware to defend pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca in a lawsuit being handled by Weitz & Luxenberg for a 48 year old Kansas woman.

In the case, involving the $4 billion dollar a year drug Seroquel, Weitz & Luxenberg's client is suing AstraZeneca in its hometown claiming that she now suffers from diabetes due to her use of Seroquel.

The case will be tried in state court in Delaware starting April 6th and is expected to last for 4 weeks.
