This system, which is manned by many Weitz and Luxenberg employees, includes the selection, reception, review and ultimate processing of all of our incoming documentation. Our customized datrabases are split up to maintain documents from arbitration to questionnaires.

Our system was developed by experienced attorneys and paralegals with specific case experience and knowledge. The system includes a customized data retrieval system created to help find whatever information is needed. Our coding system has been enhanced by image processing so that all documents on our site can be shared and retrieved from a desktop. If there is a certain time-frame documentation may need to be put onto the site, we can scan the document. To help with the location of documentation, all information can be found by doing a search using keywords.

Most importantly, we believe that no system runs perfectly and ours undergoes constant review, quality checks, and upgrades to assure the highest level of technologic quality.
