The woman alleges that her daughter took a just-purchased 2007 Toyota into a dealership do discuss what she thought were faulty brakes.
Unfortunately, employees there failed to detect any problems with her Toyota and told her nothing was wrong with it.
Sadly, just a few days later, the car accelerated out of control, according to court documents.
It crashed into a guiderail and then dropped down an embankment.
The woman reportedly died at the site of the accident.
