Do I have a CASE?

FREE Vioxx Case Evaluator! Answer the following three questions and fill out the form below. A legal expert will review your claim within 48 hours.

Question 1: Did you take Vioxx?

Obviously, in order for you to have a Vioxx claim, it's important to know what medication you were taking. Weitz & Luxenberg is accepting Vioxx cases, as well claims involving other COX-2 inhibitors, such as Celebrex or Bextra. When filing a claim, you should know when you started and stopped taking Vioxx, and what dosage you were taking.

Question 2: Did you take Vioxx regularly?

Vioxx is a drug with a half life of about 14 hours. This means that within 14 hours, the amount of Vioxx in a user's system is half of what it was when the user first took Vioxx. Users who took Vioxx regularly maintained a much higher level of Vioxx in their systems than those who took Vioxx only occasionally, and are therefore at a higher risk of stroke, heart attack, and other serious injuries.

Question 3: Did you suffer an injury after taking Vioxx?

In order for Weitz & Luxenberg to file a claim on your behalf, we need as much specific information as possible about your Vioxx-related injury. If you suffered a heart attack, stroke, or other heart or circulatory problem that required hospitalization or surgery, you have a better chance of filing a successful claim. You should try to recall the nature of your injury (a stroke, heart attack, etc.), the exact date you were injured, and whether you were taking Vioxx at the time.

If you answered 'yes' to all of these questions, please fill out our simple Vioxx form. A Client Relations Representative will contact you shortly to discuss your potential case. If you didn't answer yes to these questions, but would still like to discuss your potential case, feel free as well to fill out the form below or call us at (800) 476-6070 or email us at clientrelations@weitzlux.com

Weitz & Luxenberg is no longer accepting Vioxx cases.
