The rate for injuries and illnesses for small establishments (those employing 1 to 10 workers) was 1.5 cases per 100 workers, while it was 5 for large establishments (those employing more than 1000 workers). Mid-size establishments (those employing 50 to 249 workers) had a rate of 7.8 cases per 100 workers. The rate for establishments employing 11 to 49 workers and 250 to 999 workers was 4.2 and 6.5 respectively.
