Utilities industries had a rate of 4.4 cases of nonfatal injuries and illnesses per 100 equivalent full-time workers. The rate for injuries and illnesses for small establishments (those employing 1 to 10 workers) was 3.2 cases per 100 workers, while it was 2.6 for large establishments (those employing more than 1000 workers). Mid-size establishments (those employing 50 to 249 workers) had a rate of 5.3 cases per 100 workers. The rate for establishments employing 11 to 49 workers and 250 to 999 workers was 6.6 and 3.2 respectively.
