Biography

Doug Peralta is a client liaison at Weitz & Luxenberg. With more than 10 years of experience collaborating one-on-one with new clients, Doug is an expert at working with people to understand their concerns and goals.

Doug represents Weitz & Luxenberg in the Southeast region, and is stationed in Nashville, Tenn.

In a typical case, Doug will call to set up an initial consultation with a new client. This meeting is an exchange of ideas, with the new client explaining his or her case, and Doug showing how Weitz & Luxenberg may be able to help.

Typically, Doug can help new clients research the sources of their asbestos exposure, understand some of the legal facts associated with their condition, and initiate a case with Weitz & Luxenberg. Many clients have questions about how these complex lawsuits work and what unique resources Weitz & Luxenberg can offer in the way of legal services — Doug will walk prospective clients through these issues to their satisfaction.

If, after working with Doug, the client is interested in talking with a Weitz & Luxenberg attorney, Doug will work to match the new client with the attorney best suited to handle his or her case.
