Josh Kristal is an associate attorney in our Roundup® Litigation and Mesothelioma and Asbestos Litigation groups. He also has experience in prosecuting Child Sexual Abuse cases, particularly involving dioceses throughout the State of New York. He began with our firm as a paralegal prior to attending Rutgers Law School. While at Rutgers, Mr. Kristal distinguished himself by being named to the Dean’s List for high academic achievement.
Further, Mr. Kristal participated in Rutgers’ Children’s Justice Clinic, where he represented juveniles arrested and charged with offenses in Camden County, New Jersey. His time at Rutgers also included involvement in its Civil Practice Clinic where he represented clients in a variety of civil matters. Additionally, while in law school, Mr. Kristal worked at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, Defender Association of Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Shortly after graduating from law school, Mr. Kristal continued his legal education and obtained his Master of Laws degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University School of Law.
