Robin Greenwald will be chairing at HarrisMartin’s Porter Ranch Gas Leak Litigation Conference on January 19 in Santa Monica, California.
She will present an overview of the litigation, touching on how the gas leak happened, which areas are affected by the leak, who should be held responsible and how the cases will be coordinated.
Erin Brockovich, the environmental consumer advocate, who is working with W&L to help victims of the Porter Ranch gas leak, is the keynote speaker.
Greenwald is head of W&L’s Environmental, Toxic Tort & Consumer Protection litigation unit. She is currently leading the litigation against SoCalGas and Sempra Energy for the firm’s clients, helping victims of the Aliso Canyon facility gas leak.
Christopher Dalbey, W&L’s lead attorney in California for the Porter Ranch litigation, will discuss the differences between a mass tort and class action lawsuit.
