Ellen Relkin to Offer Mass Tort Law Update at April Boardwalk SeminarMar. 14, 2016
W&L of counsel attorney Ellen Relkin will deliver a law update on Thursday, April 7, at Boardwalk Seminar 2016.
Boardwalk Seminar 2016 is sponsored by the New Jersey Association for Justice. The event will be held over three days, beginning Wednesday, April 6, at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
A certified New Jersey civil trial attorney, Relkin will be discussing the Plaintiff’s perspective on the law update titled ”Mass Tort Plaintiffs’ and Defendants’ Perspectives.”
Relkin — who represents plaintiffs in cases arising from medical device and pharmaceutical product liability injuries as well as in litigations involving toxic torts — is also a co-chair of Boardwalk Seminar 2016.
She is a regular featured speaker at the Boardwalk Seminars, which are held annually. She brings to these gatherings of prominent legal practitioners a unique perspective drawn in part from her court-appointed leadership roles in major litigations.
Relkin is co-lead counsel of the In Re: DePuy ASR multidistrict litigation, lead and liaison counsel for the New Jersey In Re: Stryker Rejuvenate & ABG II Modular Hip Implant litigation, and a member of the Plaintiff Steering Committee of the In Re: Xarelto Product Liability litigation.
