In alphabetical order, the newly named Weitz & Luxenberg partners are:
- Laura Baughman brought with her 30 years of litigation experience when joining our Drug and Medical Device Litigation team.
- Devin Bolton joined our Environmental, Toxic Torts and Consumer Protection Unit in 2015 and investigates contamination cases across the U.S.
- Patti Burshtyn has been successfully winning cases for our clients as part of our Asbestos Litigation group for almost 25 years.
- Benjamin Darche has been a member of our Asbestos Litigation unit since joining W&L in 2004, after serving as an assistant district attorney in Queens, New York.
- Adam Dreksler joined our firm in 2010 and is a key part of our mesothelioma and asbestos team, working closely with our client liaisons.
- Leonard Feldman takes a lead role in running the asbestos litigations for us in our New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices since 2009.
- Diana Gjonaj focuses on environmental pollution and consumer protection out of our Detroit office and joined us in 2017.
- Danielle Gold became one of our Drug and Medical Device Litigation team members in 2013, and focuses on holding manufacturers of these products accountable.
- Paul Novak joined W&L to lead our Detroit office after a distinguished career as a Michigan prosecutor litigating complex civil cases, and serves as an Executive Committee Partner.
- Josiah Parker became a member of our California Asbestos Litigation Unit in 2011, litigating numerous cases.
- Pierre Ratzki focuses successfully on appeals for our asbestos litigations since he joined us in 2013.
- Brittany Russell joined the firm in 2018 and has won asbestos cases in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
- Gregory Stamatopoulos represents plaintiffs in complex class action and joined our Detroit environmental pollution and consumer protection team in 2017.
- Justin Weitz focuses on the Asbestos Litigation Unit from our New York office, joining W&L after serving as an assistant district attorney in Nassau County, New York.
