On the morning of February 17, 2026, Bayer AG, the corporate parent of Monsanto, announced a proposed class action settlement regarding Roundup litigation against Monsanto and Bayer.
Weitz & Luxenberg is not counsel in the settlement case, was not involved in the settlement negotiations, and did not receive advance copies of the settlement materials.
