Diana Gjonaj is an attorney in the Environmental, Toxic Torts, and Consumer Protection Unit at Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C. She focuses her practice on large-scale environmental and consumer protection matters, including federal multidistrict litigations and complex mass tort cases on behalf of injured individuals, municipalities, and other entities.
Before joining Weitz & Luxenberg in 2017, Ms. Gjonaj was an associate at Milberg LLP, where her practice centered on complex antitrust litigation, including price-fixing, monopolization, and other anticompetitive conduct, as well as consumer protection and shareholder-derivative actions.
She earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan, and her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, where she clerked for Milberg LLP.
Ms. Gjonaj has been recognized among Michigan Super Lawyers – Rising Stars, an honor awarded to only 2.5 percent of attorneys under 40. She is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and Michigan Association for Justice.
