Biography

Anthony Cappello is one of Weitz & Luxenberg’s highly valued client liaisons with decades of experience communicating with our clients and their families. His primary responsibility is meeting with new clients as we begin to discuss the facts of their case, especially their concerns and goals.

Anthony works with men and women who were exposed to asbestos whether it was at the workplace, non-occupational, in the military, or through a family member’s primary exposure. These individuals have come to Weitz & Luxenberg seeking help in pursuing an asbestos and/or talc related lawsuit, or just simply looking for advice about their particular situation.

Generally, Anthony contacts a potential new client to introduce himself, and schedule an initial in-person or virtual meeting. During this first meeting, Anthony gets to know the client, exchange ideas, and determine the facts of the case including theories of asbestos and/or talc exposure liability.

Anthony provides guidance and illustrates how Weitz & Luxenberg can provide immediate legal assistance by discussing Weitz & Luxenberg’s proud track record of helping clients in similar situations over the past several decades.

Following this initial meeting, Anthony works with Weitz & Luxenberg’s Intake Team to match our new client with an attorney who is best suited to represent them, given the unique facts of their potential case.

Anthony is based in New York. On behalf of Weitz & Luxenberg, Anthony works with clients throughout the United States whether it be in-person at their home, or virtually, all dependent upon the new client’s preference and comfort.
