Biography

I find it very rewarding and a privilege to help and empower clients and their families who have suffered a great deal from a horrible disease.”

Justine Delaney, a key member of the firm’s Asbestos Bankruptcy Department, formally started at Weitz & Luxenberg as an associate attorney in mid-2014, though her ties to the firm’s New York office run far deeper.

After graduating from college in 2007, she worked at the firm as a paralegal in the Asbestos Bankruptcy Department while attending law school part-time, graduating in 3 ½ years. Now she helps supervise a staff of 30 paralegals.
