I’ve been an attorney for a very long time, and I’ve yet to encounter a firm with the same level of commitment and resolve to winning and securing justice for its clients as Weitz & Luxenberg.

Summary

Stuart Perry is an attorney, of counsel to our firm, who specializes in lien and subrogation issues. He also specializes in business/commercial law, estates, wills and real estate. He was with the firm Perry & Schwarz in the years before coming to Weitz & Luxenberg.

Mr. Perry began his practice of law in New York state in 1980. In 1984, he gained privileges to represent clients in U.S. District Court — specifically, it’s New York Southern and Eastern jurisdictions. Mr. Perry was educated at Brooklyn Law School, from which he obtained a juris doctor degree in 1976. At American University in 1973, he obtained both a bachelor of arts and a bachelor of science degree.
