Milena Lai works as a part of Weitz & Luxenberg’s insulin pricing litigation team. Ms. Lai earned her J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice law in Michigan.
While in law school, Ms. Lai served as a co-lead student clinician with the Brooklyn Law and Incubator Policy Clinic. During her time there, she provided pro bono patent prosecution services to local inventors and innovators, helping to turn their ideas into a reality.
Before attending law school, Ms. Lai attended Michigan State University and earned degrees in cognitive neuroscience and psychology, with a minor in philosophy.
