Weitz & Luxenberg has been named one of 2018’s “Best Law Firms” in an annual ranking of top law firms compiled by U.S. News & World Reports and Best Lawyers. Weitz & Luxenberg was recognized as a leading “Mass Tort Litigation/Class Action – Plaintiffs” firm in the ranking’s national, New York City, and New Jersey lists as well as a top “Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs” firm in New York City. In addition to the rankings, eight W&L attorneys were recognized individually for their mass tort and class action work and personal injury litigation.

Peer Recognition
In the category of “Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions for Plaintiffs,” U.S. News and Best Lawyers recognized firm co-founders Perry Weitz and Arthur Luxenberg as well as attorneys Charles M. Ferguson, Robert J. Gordon, Paul J. Pennock, Ellen Relkin, and Michael P. Roberts in New York, New York, and Jerry Kristal in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, as leaders in the field. Mr. Luxenberg was also recognized for his “Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs” work in New York City.

Additionally, 24 firm attorneys were recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine for their exceptional work in New York, New Jersey, and Southern California.
The magazine named seven attorneys as “2017 New York Metro Super Lawyers” including Adam R. Cooper, Michael P. Roberts, Nicholas A. Wise, Robert J. Gordon, Lawrence B. Goldhirsch, Paul J. Pennock, and Ellen Relkin as well as firm partners Arthur Luxenberg and Perry Weitz. This is the 10th year that Ms. Relkin has been named to the list and she was also named as a Super Lawyer in New Jersey, along with Jerry Kristal.
